3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems and data required for service delivery. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any data or materials provided to Maigrate.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Maigrate retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, and frameworks used in service delivery. Clients retain ownership of their data and any custom solutions developed specifically for them.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Maigrate's liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
